At DreamCatchers, we strive for perfection; however, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns of unopened and unused hair extensions within 30 days of delivery. To maintain hygiene standards, the security seal must remain intact to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Log into your customer portal or contact our support team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the unopened extensions in their original packaging, ensuring the gold security seal is unbroken and all accessories are included.

• 3.
  Ship to Warehouse

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking receipt.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our specialists verify the product's condition, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
